PERSONAL APPEARANCE RIDER
The Un-Usual Suspects performers:
Jimmy Della Valle, Thomas Tallarino,Dwayne Perkins
hereafter known as The Performer(s)
Purchaser To Provide:
Air transportation to and from engagement, unless otherwise noted in contract.
Transportation to and from the airport and the show and any publicity engagements prior and after the show.
Overnight accommodations in a non-smoking room (if necessary), at a hotel of the same or better quality as a Holiday Inn or Fairfield Inn and have lobby access.
Any publicity engagements to be completed at least two (2) hours prior to show.
Private Dressing room area for performers.
Ice cold bottled water and/or soda prior to, during and after the show.
One meal per performer.
Sound check one (1) hour prior to performance.
Purchaser agrees to provide a sound system capable of providing clear, undistorted, and evenly distributed sound throughout the entire audience area.
The Performer(s) should be lit in such a manner as to be clearly visible from the rear of the venue. A spot light is usually best.
One (1) flat stool at beginning of show.
Three (3) working and quality microphones on stage at end of show with one (1) straight microphone stand and microphone on stage at beginning of show.
Sound system with fully equipped tape/CD player. 1 Cordless preferred but not necessary. Please have One extra back up microphone in case of a malfunction. Corded or cordless microphone is fine.
No portion of performance may be recorded without prior written consent of The Performer(s)
Table and (3) chairs for meet and greet, autographs and merchandise sales after the show.
100% of merchandise sales will solely be the possession of (The Performers), unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Venue responsible, if necessary, to remove any unruly/disruptive audience member(s) that are causing disruption to the show.
The Performer(s) if at any time feel their safety is at risk in their show performance, have the right under their discretion to end their performance at any given time.
The Performer(s) will be allowed to cancel the performance with no prior notice in the event that it conflicts or interferes with the preparation, performance, or other activity relating to his/their appearance on a Television show, feature film, recording agreement, legitimate stage production or a Television commercial at a time that conflicts with his/their scheduled performance. Additionally, The Performer(s) may cancel his/their engagement and be released from liability or damages due to an act of GOD, or any other condition beyond his/their control. In the event that any of the above occurs, The Performer(s) will be re-scheduled at a later date.
