Friday, October 16th, 2009

Kinda embarassinh thing to ask but i suffer quite bad from this even whens its cold, and it is a nightmare at work with shirts and things. Also makes me feel very worried about if any odour might start to appear during the day. I bathe every night to help prevent but no type of underarm sprays or roll-ons seem to work. I suffer from excessive underarm sweating, does anyone know good ways to stop this excessive underarm sweating?
If you have any idea please le me know.

Hi

Excessive sweating is a common problem that more than 3% of the population faced with. It is not only a cause of embarrassment for the individual, excessive sweating can also create many problems with someone’s lifestyle as well.

Anyhow there are some great ways that can help you to reduce your excessive sweating.
here are some tips that were helpful for me to avoid hyperhidrosis:

Avoid Sugar

having high sugar level in your blood produces hyper activity and anxiety that can easily produce excessive stress, also meaning excessive sweating.

Don’t drink Alcohol

Drinking Alcohol causes the dilatation of blood vessels that result in an increase in body temperature and therefore excessive sweat.

Don’t Eat Spicy Foods:

Spicy foods are similar to alcohol, it makes the heart pumps more blood and therefore the body, to regulate itself produces sweat.

Choose The Right Cloths:

Don’t over dress, and in summer or any other hot weather avoid synthetic fibers. Use breathing fabrics like cotton. This will ventilate your body and void any accumulation of sweat.

Avoid Caffeine:

Caffeine is a stimulant that increases the anxiety. It could be found in coffee and other soda drinks.

Stop Smoking:

Smoking is also a vessel dilator just like alcohol.

Learn Yoga or Meditation:

A common cause for excessive sweating is stress. To avoid or reduce stress you must learn how to control it. Your best way to control is by learning meditation or yoga techniques. Mastering those can make a huge difference on your life.

In addition to these tips there are also many products and solutions for excessive sweating like botox, Acupuncture and Hypnosis.
Anyhow, there are two main problems with these solutions:

*Many of them won’t work for most of the people.
*Most of them are very expensive.

There are very few excessive sweating treatments that actually work and can help you to stop your excessive sweating in a matter of weeks.

Check this article for information about one of the best systems today that helped me to stop my excessive underarm sweating once for all:

How do i stop my Severe underarm sweating? Are there any clothes that prevent sweat stains?

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

I am an 18 year old guy, Im not overweight, I don’t wear many layers, i sweat severely under my arms even when I am sitting still. I have tried the "clinical strength" deodorants, nothing works. Does anyone know of any deodorants that help with sweating? or any shirts that prevent sweat stains on clothes? please help this is killing my confidence, Thanks!

Im 18 also and had the same exact problem. Try ordering Maxim. Here is the website http://www.coradhealthcare.com/ It is kind of expensive but it works really well. You will get results in probably the first day you use it. I ordered it and it came in about five days. I didn’t really think it would work but I have been trying everything for the past few years and nothing else worked. And I understand how you feel about the shirts and the sweat stains, I went throught the same thing and its worse because Im a girl and I had to wear certain clothes to hide it. Hope this helps you.

In my opinion and from my experience the problem with many of these solutions is the expensive price and the fact that many of them simply won’t work for most of the people.

There are only few recommended excessive sweating treatments that actually work and can help you to stop or at least reduce your excessive sweating problems in a matter of weeks.

Underarm sweating issue, nothing seems to work?

Monday, October 12th, 2009

I’ve tried secret clinical strength, and it doesn’t seem to be working
and i asked my doctor about the botox shots, but she said that im to young for it, and i can get it when i turn 18

is there any possible things a 16 year old can do to stop underarm sweating??

My doctor gave me an RX strength deodorant- it was mostly made of alcohol. It made my armpits a little sensitive, but it worked. I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the deodorant, but it I think it’s the only RX deodorant. (It very liquidy in a tube with a soft sponge applicator tip.)

Good Luck!

Does sweatpads work well for underarm sweating?

Friday, October 9th, 2009

No matter what type of antiperspirant I use, I sweat profusely under my arms. This is quite embarrassing. Has anyone tried the underarm sweat pads and is if so, how well do they work? thanks

omgsh. i had this same problem.
nothing would work. the cure is
very simple. just go to your family
practice doctor or call in a prescription
for DRYSOL. it is a topical medicine that
you apply to your underarms
to make them not sweat anymore.
trust me!
it works!
