How do i stop excess sweating?????

Friday, October 16th, 2009

I sweat a lot. I use a ton of antiperspiant and it doesnt work

Do you have any home made remedies that will help me stop sweating????

There are some deoderants that are anti sweat and it actually clogs the pores. But you could wear looser clothing, and the clothing you do wear should be polyester, not cotton. Cotton doesn’t wick sweat away it just builds up. Try underarmour clothing for something that would work. And just try and not be so intense in your workouts. Good luck

How To Turn Him On : 3 Simple Yet Effective Tips

Friday, October 16th, 2009

You know he’s attracted to you. He’s always around; always ready to set his appointments aside to meet up with you; spends at least 2 hours on the phone talking to you; never runs out of things to share with you; and a lot more.

The signs are on your side. It’s about time you cash in on that and turn up the heat. But how on earth are you going to do that?

For one thing, men are expected to make the first sexy move. Any steamy action on your part would either catch him off guard and intimidate him or get him sweating hard for you in a way that you’ll both love and enjoy.

Here are some simple yet effective how-to-turn-him-on tips that will get you guys moving in the right (and HOT) direction 10 times faster!

How To Turn Him On – Tip 1: Know when to push and when to pull.

Have you ever seen a cat crazily going after a string?

Try pulling it away from the cat and he follows it no matter what. Let him have it for long and he’ll be disinterested. But let the cat play with the string for a couple of seconds then take it away, see how wacky the cat goes after it?

Men love it when they are being teased that way, even if they deny it. Try talking about sexual stuff then all of a sudden shift to a generic topic.

This goes the same thing for moving up physically. Go licking his earlobes down to his neck slowly and STOP. See how he reacts. Then continue until you to the sexier and bolder moves.

How To Turn Him On -Tip 2: Use the power of non-verbal cues.

Men are very visual. The steamy things you say would have more impact if it blends with your non-verbal communication.

Try invading his space and looking straight in his eyes. Not a lot of people are bold or sincere enough to do this. Doing so conveys to your man that you’re dead-serious with what you say, and you won’t settle for anything less.

Confident! And men love it.

Another trick is to wetting and biting your lips. Its as if you’re saying your lips are drying up with the heat pent up inside and that you want to share that with him.

How To Turn Him On – Tip 3: Let him know that he’s turning you on, too!

Don’t try to fake it though as guys with be able to sniff on that. But if you’re genuinely feeling it, then be honest with it. Its ok to make noise while you’re both taking each other’s shirt or while your hands are taking a trip on your burning bodies.

Ever wondered why men find porn movies as BIG turn on’s? One of the big factors is that women in porn movies make a lot of noise and aren’t timid when they express themselves in bed.

I know there are, literally, hundreds of creative and sexy ways on how to turn him on. But get the how-to-turn-him-on tips above right and you’re sure to enjoy every night with your guy.

how to make my underarms stop sweating and stinky?

Thursday, October 15th, 2009

how to make my underarms stop sweating and being stinky without deodrint? im not a fan of dodrint! sorry, no rude comments plz.

Every day wash your underarms with a good body wash. With those body scrubs. They’re really good.

Don’t over wash this area a lot because your sweat glads will over produce and you’ll sweat even more.

You can buy specially designed wipes and after sport or you think you smell bad, go to the toilets, wipe your underarms and wait a few seconds and apply some deoderant.

Use a good deoderant. I’ve found that men’s deoderants work better than girls deoderants. And smell nicer.
I know so many people who use it and are female.
Lynx is great.

Don’t wear the same top more than 2 days.
Eat healthy.
Drink plenty of water.
Stress less

Sports Fever Across the Atlantic: UK Autographed Memorabilia

Thursday, October 15th, 2009

People all over the world are fascinated with athletes and sports. No matter where you go, children can be congregating around a soccer ball, and will be kicking it amongst themselves. Teens may be gathered at the basketball court, engaged in friendly games while sweating their afternoon away. Even the elderly like to take up sports such as swimming and jogging in order to maintain their health.

Fun and body sculpting aside, sports also holds a certain enthrallment for those who love to watch athletes run, jump, dive, and score. The excitement is even greater if the athletes are playing for a city, club, province, or country, so that they seem to be fighting whole wars for their fans. In the United Kingdom, there are many such sports that have such popularity, they can breed obsession in their fans, not to mention hooligans and gang wars.

Autographed sports memorabilia are also available in the UK, and they can come from the country’s most popular, crowd-drawing, crowd-pleasing sports. If you are interested in memorabilia, you can avail of the following.

- Although Americans call it soccer, the rest of the world calls it football, and what a wonderful game it is. Football is a popular sport in the UK, where clubs fight it out for a chance to be the country’s best – as well as the chance to join major tournaments such as the World Cup or the Euro Cup. As a result of this obsession, there are thousands of autographed football memorabilia available. You can have autographed jerseys, footballs, even shoes and socks from your favorite football players!

There are also autographed photographs and newspaper articles available for the UK’s football clubs, although jerseys and other autographed sportswear are more prized. Whenever the World Cup comes along, most autographed football memorabilia can fetch high prices, especially for those who loyally follow England’s national team.

- Cricket is another popular English sport. This is the one game where sessions can last for days, and where players stop for afternoon tea. Because of its uniqueness, cricket has its own following, especially in the former British colonies of India and Bangladesh. There are likewise many autographed cricket memorabilia available, such as jerseys, paddles, and photos of major players.

- Rugby is popular in both the UK and Australia, and can be played any time, whether the sun is beating down, or the rain is pouring onto the pitch. This messy, fascinating game has its own sports memorabilia: there are many autographed jerseys available, as well as posters of major teams. The New Zealand rugby team even had its players donate their DNA to serve as part of a poster’s ink!

- From the land that invented golf comes signed sports memorabilia for all golf fans around the world. There are golf shirts, golf bags, caps, pictures, and even clubs signed by your favorite golfers, thanks to collectors from the UK.

- Many other popular UK sports have their own share of autographed memorabilia. Horse racing, rowing, snooker, and tennis have their own legions of fans, all of whom can be satisfied with the latest autographed photos, paddles, shirts, and tickets from their favorite players.

Although this list is by no means comprehensive, it should give you a fairly rough idea of what autographed sports memorabilia you can find in the UK. For more information, consult collectors’ shops and look for collections online, where you can truly satiate your desire for autographed sports memorabilia.

Discover the Amazing Wolfberry Fruit

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

The latin name of Wolfberry fruit is Fructus Lycii. Wolfberry fruit is used extensively in Chinese herbalism. The fruits are the berries of Lycium chinense and more commonly Lycium barbarum. The roots also have healing properties. Native to East Asia and Europe, it grows wild on hillsides in the cooler regions of northern China and Europe. However, it is also grown as a cultivated plant in almost all parts of China and in some other regions of Asia, as well as naturalized in Britain, the Middle East and North America.

Wolfberry fruit is a shrub that grows to about 2.5 m by 2 m at a medium rate. It is in flower from June to August, and the seeds ripen from August to October. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by bees. The plant can grow in semi-shade (light woodland) or no shade. It requires moist soil. The plant can tolerate maritime exposure.

In China, the best wolfberry fruits are produced in the provinces Ningxia, Gansu and Qinghai. Its tender leaves are edible and the fruits and roots are used as medicinal foods. The bright red berries are usually harvested in late summer or early autumn when the fruit is mature, dried in the shade until the cortex is wrinkled, and dried in the sun until the fruit is crusted with the pulp still soft. It is used unprepared. The roots are usually harvested in the spring, although they can be dug any time of the year. The roots can be used either fresh or dried.

It is also called Lycium Fruit, Matrimony Vine Fruit, Chinese Desertthorn Fruit, Box Thorn Fruit and Chinese Wolfberry Fruit.

It has sweet in flavor, mild in nature; it is related to the liver, kidney and lung channels.

The first recorded use of wolfberry fruit as a medicinal herb is from the first century A.D. For thousands of years it is used as both a yin tonic for liver and kidney, and as a blood tonic.

Wolfberry fruit possesses an action antagonistic to fat deposition, especially in the liver. So it is often applied in obese patients and in liver disease with lipidosis. It lowers the level of blood sugar and is beneficial to diabetes.

It has the properties to treat aching and general weakness due to deficient kidney, manifesting dizziness, impaired eyesight, tinnitus (ringing noise in the ears), impotence, weak waist and knee; to treat weak or blurred vision due to yin deficiency of the liver and kidney.

Wolfberry fruit is often used in combination with rehmannia root, dodder seed, dogwood fruit and other herbs for tonifying the liver and kidney.

The food-herb is often used in combination with chrysanthemum flower, rehmannia root, Chinese yam and other herbs for nourishing yin and improving vision, such as Qi Ju Dihuang Pill.

To treat diabetes mellitus (relative or absolute lack of insulin leading to uncontrolled carbohydrate metabolism)

Wolfberry fruit is rich in carotene, vitamins B1, B12 and C. The fruit also contains amino acids, zeaxanthin, betaine, physalien, B-ergosteriod, iron, and trace elements essential to the body, including zinc, copper, selenium, calcium, and phosphorus.

Wolfberry fruit has the effects of enhancing phagocytosis (uptake of material, such as microorganisms or cell fragments into a cell) of the reticuloendothelial system (including the fixed macrophages of tissues, liver and spleen), increasing peripheral white blood cells, enhancing humoral and cellular immunity and promoting hematopoietic (give rise to distinct daughter blood cells) function.

Betaine, a biological stimulant, has the effects of stimulating growth, reducing blood sugar and blood lipid, inhibiting the fat deposition in liver cells and promoting the regeneration of liver cells. The herb has the cholinomimetic effects of reducing blood pressure, inhibiting the heart, exciting intestines, and has estrogen-like effects.

It was demonstrated that this fruit yields a prominent action in protecting the liver from lipid accumulation. When mice were poisoned with CC1 in the laboratory, those receiving administration of extracts from this fruit yielded no liver function impairment, while the control group, which received no protection, were mostly poisoned and killed.

In Chinese medicine, the liver is associated with the function of the eyes. Wolfberry fruit is used as a liver tonic to brighten the eyes, improve poor eyesight, treat blurred vision, sensitivity to light, and other general eye weaknesses.

One of the qualities ascribed to wolfberry root is that it “cools the blood.” It is used to reduce fever and to treat other conditions of “excess heat.” These include traditional uses to relieve excess sweating, stop nosebleeds, reduce vomiting, and treat dizziness.

Some herbalists use a tea made of wolfberry root and Scutellaria (skullcap or Huang Qin) to treat morning sickness in pregnant women. Wolfberry is also used to treat certain types of coughs and asthma.

Wolfberry fruit has been shown to inhibit gene mutation and the growth of cancer cells.

Other studies from China show an extract from wolfberry fruit inhibits the gene mutation induced by TA98 and TA100 (16). Some scientists believe that wolfberry fruit may be a very good supplement to prevent liver cancer because it exerts liver protection and anticancer effects at the same time.
Another study from China found wolfberries exerts hepaprotection through inhibiting the lipid peroxidation of liver cells in aging mice.

Wolfberries help to repair liver cell injury induced by CCl4 and facilitate recovery from hepatic necrosis.

A study in China showed wolfberries facilitated stem cell proliferation and increased the number of monocytes in bone marrow. Wolfberries help the monocytes to convert to matured leukocytes.

Wolfberry fruits were very popular for their vision improvement properties in ancient China. Modern Chinese scientists found wolfberry fruits reduce dark adapting time and improve vision under subdued light.

How can I make my face stop sweating so I can wear make-up? Kinda gross, I know.?

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

Every summer when ever I wear foundation or compact I sweat and then it looks all splotchy. Is there anything I can do to make my face stop sweating? Or some kind of special foundation I can wear?

If you’re older and you’re serious about a solution, Botox can help. I was watching a show about a bride that sweats a lot and she was doing a test run for her makeup and it was literally sliding off her face because she sweats so much. The makeup artist suggested Botox in the spots that she sweats a lot because it cuts off communication to the gland. She went to the dermatologist for more information and the doctor said that it is a common solution so she got it done, and she said it worked like magic.

Allergies Type 5 Description

Tuesday, October 13th, 2009

Allergy Type 5 is also called stimulatory allergy. Instead of the antibodies binding to the cell components as they do in type 2 allergies the antibodies bind to the receptors on the surface of the cells. This binding to the receptors will stop or slow down the signals transmitted between cells. This is a minor difference between allergies type 2 and allergies type 5 and is mainly used in Britain to distinguish between the two types.

Two example of Allergies Type 5 are Graves Disease and Myasthenia Gravis.

Graves Disease is an enlarged thyroid gland or goiter, which may be seen as a swelling in the neck, and a condition called Exophthalmia (protruding eyeballs, one or both eyes). The tissue behind the eyes becomes swollen, causing the characteristic bulging eyes. The thickening of the skin, described as orange peel is usually observed on the legs. The orange peel effect is caused by the inflammation of the cells under the skin.

Symptoms include increased appetite with a weight loss, fatigue, excess sweating, heat intolerance, and trembling hands. This disease is likely to occur eight times more often in women than in men. It is speculated that there may be a genetic cause for Graves Disease but no evidence of a genetic defect has been found.

Myasthenia Gravis is a disease that causes muscle weakness and is caused by antibodies circulating in the blood stream blocking the receptors on the muscle cells. The muscle weakness increases during periods of activity and gets better after resting. Muscles that control the eyes and facial area are usually affected first and show up as a difficulty in swallowing and slurred speech and a weakness of the eye muscles. In sever cases the muscles that control breathing are affected and assisted ventilation is needed to maintain life.

Symptoms include a drooping of one or both eyelids, double vision, unstable or waddling gate, a change or uneven facial expression, and shortness of breath. Diagnosis is performed by a blood test that identifies the specific antibody found in the blood stream.

Common Vitamins and over the counter products can help with Allergies Type 2 such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Pantothenic Acid, Glucosamine, Antioxidants, Allergy Aid, and Quercitin.

Vitamin A is a known antioxidant and can assist the human body in the healing process. Vitamin A is stored in the liver and fat cells of the human body and can reach toxic levels. DO NOT take more than the recommended dosage of Vitamin A.

Up to one-third of older people can no longer absorb Vitamin B from their food. Vitamin B is needed to form red blood cells and keep nerves healthy.

Vitamin C is nature’s protective nutrient, essential for defending the body against pollution and infection and enhances the bodies immune system.

Beta Carotene protects the mucus membranes of the mouth, nose, throat and lungs. It also helps protect Vitamin C from oxidation, which enables it to perform at optimum efficiency.

Vitamin E protects the lung tissue from inhaled pollutants and aids in the functioning of the immune system.

Many find Pantothenic Acid to be very helpful against allergy symptoms. It is another form of nontoxic B vitamins. Pantothenic Acid is critical in the metabolism and synthesis of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Glucosamine is an anti-inflammatory and may give some relief from allergy symptoms.

Substances called antioxidants can neutralize free radical by pairing up or binding with the free radical elections thus inhibiting them from damaging cells in the human body.

Allergy Aid supplies 9 beneficial Herb’s to help provide temporary relief of respiratory allergies. The natural action of these specific Herb’s help to open bronchial tubes and ease breathing.

Quercitin is a well known flavonoid. Flavonoids are powerful antioxidants and can reduce inflammation boost the immune system and strengthen blood vessels and improve circulation. Quercitin is also known for its ability to block the release of histamines, thus reducing or preventing allergy symptoms.
