Kinda embarassinh thing to ask but i suffer quite bad from this even whens its cold, and it is a nightmare at work with shirts and things. Also makes me feel very worried about if any odour might start to appear during the day. I bathe every night to help prevent but no type of underarm sprays or roll-ons seem to work. Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

October 16th, 2009How can I stop or keep my hands from sweating while slow dancing and holding hands with guys?

Why does the sweat under my breasts smell yeasty and sweet?
October 16th, 2009Its not a bad smell, but different from the sweat on the rest of my body. I’ve also heard sweet sweat is a sign of diabetes, but it is only under my breasts. It also doesn’t smell bad, but almost pleasant, as far as sweat smell goes. Is it because I’m a large woman with large breasts (50DDD).
I have good hygiene – shower daily. There is no rash, just some breast acne.
It is possible to get a yeast infection under the breasts. I have had patients that had this (usually elderly when breasts sag and aren’t washed frequently, or women with large breasts). The infection is from sweat, friction, warmth and sometimes poor hygiene. Usually a yeast infection cream is applied and it goes away.
Since your additional details, it sounds like its just from sweat and friction of the underside of the breasts rubbing against your skin. If you don’t have a rash, or its not painful, then you shouldn’t worry. Just keep it clean as often as possible. I have even had some patients use baby powder to reduce the sweat.
How do i stop excess sweating?????
October 16th, 2009I sweat a lot. I use a ton of antiperspiant and it doesnt work
Do you have any home made remedies that will help me stop sweating????
There are some deoderants that are anti sweat and it actually clogs the pores. But you could wear looser clothing, and the clothing you do wear should be polyester, not cotton. Cotton doesn’t wick sweat away it just builds up. Try underarmour clothing for something that would work. And just try and not be so intense in your workouts. Good luck

Excessive sweating and having a body odor can be prevented?
October 16th, 2009Because a freind has a body odor and excessive sweating and she already tried many products but it does’nt work out, still she experiencing the same problem. She already wanted to remove the sweat glands under his arms. Is this safe and curable?
<>The best preventative here is frequent and thorough bathing. I doubt very much that one could find a (legitimate) doctor who would remove sweat glands for that reason.
How do you get armpit, yellow sweat stains out of clothes?
October 16th, 2009I have tried the following: bleach, bleach pen, dish soap, tide pen, tide soap, peroxcide, drying in the sun, lemon juice, white vingear -all these have not worked…help!
Yellow underarm shirt stains are likely caused by a combination of deodorant and perspiration. Many deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum salts. When these salts are combined with laundry detergent, especially in cooler water settings, they are not easily dissolved, and they remain on the fabric.
To remove the stains, try soaking the shirts in warm water with an enzyme pre-soak product or rubbing the soiled area with white vinegar. Wash in the hottest water safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, dampen and sprinkle stain with meat tenderizer. Let stand for about an hour, and launder again.
To avoid new stains from forming, always wash the shirts in the hottest water safe for the fabric. Also, allow antiperspirant to dry completely before dressing.:)
Information on Ichthyosis Vulgaris
October 16th, 2009
Ichthyosis is a form of severe dry skin that causes affected areas to look like fish scales. Ichthyosis vulgaris is an inherited form of ichthyosis. It is the most common form of ichthyosis, affecting around 1 in 250 people. In most cases one parent is affected and each child has a 50-50 chance of developing the condition. Ichthyosis occurs worldwide and affects people of all races. Inherited forms of ichthyosis occur as a result of a genetic mutation. The mutated gene is passed on from one generation to the next. It is usually most severe over the legs but may also involve the arms, hands, and trunk.
Affected persons may also appear lots of fine lines over the palm of the hand. The condition is frequently more noticeable in the winter. It may be related with atopic dermatitis, keratosis pilaris (small bumps on the back of the arms), or other skin disorders. Signs and symptoms of ichthyosis vulgaris usually become apparent within the first year of life. The other main forms of inherited ichthyosis include lamellar ichthyosis, epidermolytic hyperkeratosis, and X-linked ichthyosis. Paradoxically, those at risk of “prickly itch” should seek rather than avoid hot and humid climate.
Living year-round in a tropical weather would facilitate sweating; sweating would in turn ease the clearing of the scales and keep the condition leading to “prickly itch” at bay. There’s no known cure for ichthyosis, so the goal of treatment is to manage the condition. Topical retinoids are helpful for some patients. Side effects from the medication may include eye and lip inflammation, bone spurs and hair loss, as well as birth defects if taken during pregnancy. In addition to home care, treatment can include prescription creams and ointments that contain alpha hydroxy acids, such as lactic acid and glycolic acid.
Alpha-hydroxy acids (eg, lactic, glycolic, or pyruvic acids) are helpful for hydrating the skin. They toil by causing disaggregation of corneocytes in the inferior levels of the newly forming stratum corneum. Several skin care tips may also useful this condition. Apply lotions and creams to wet skin to trap in the moisture. Rub gently a pumice stone on wet skin to help remove thickened crusty skin. Brush washed hair to remove scales from scalp Lanolin creams and products containing urea, lactic acid and other alpha hydroxy acids may help to exfoliate and moisturizes skin.

Essential Ways To Get Abs Visible
October 16th, 2009
Woah, take a look at her! Look at those abs, she’s smoking hot, ripped and sexy. Look at that guy, check out the awesome washboard! Wish you were the subject of that conversation? Want to have a great six pack, been train long and intensely for sometime but not sure why you don’t look ripped yet? Well you are in luck, here we are revealing all of those old myths that do not work and setting you straight on great ways to get abs, how to get ripped and how to get cut. Here we go:
Myth 1: More exercise is not always better. Depending on your goals there is always an optimal level of frequency and duration of exercise. For example, if you wish to build muscle mass then training a muscle group three times per week is enough, however much more than this will not allow you enough time for your muscles to recuperate and therefore your progress will come to a halt. If you are trying to lose weight running every day for an hour will more than likely cause you injury problems and leave you exhausted and prone to illness whilst also dampening your motivation. Keep the exercise fun and use an array of activities but do not forget that more is not better, maintaining a consistent attitude and determination is.
Myth 2: Exercise Y is the best exercise to do. This again is not true there is no best ab exercise. There are many different types of exercise all with different goals and positive points. However we are often influenced by marketing hype into thinking differently to that. Simply perform your favourite chosen exercise often. Some people like variety, some people like to do the same thing, it is up to you but at least do something 3-5 times per week for 20 – 30 minutes that leaves you slightly out of breathe, this is suitable for general health maintenance.
Myth 3: You should consume sugar before exercising to increase your energy levels. Consuming sugar will cause your body to release insulin in to the blood stream, this removes the sugary energy from the blood circulatory system and can leave you with lower energy levels than when you began. I think you’ll agree when I say it is rather futile then.
Myth 4: Putting on weight is simply a normal and natural thing to happen to people as they get older. this is false information once more. Most people experience a gain in fat tissue as they get older due to the fact their lifestyle becomes more sedentary and they also allow their muscle to decrease in mass. These will both lead to gains in fatty tissue. Strength training once a week can significantly prevent body muscle mass loss and keep your metabolism working quickly.
Myth 5: If you cease working out your muscle will tunr into fat tissue. This is in fact not at all possible. Muscles will decrease in size if they are not used although it is however not possible for them to turn into fat! Fatty tissue may increase however if you halt exercising altogether but not always particularly if you properly keep an eye on your diet.
Myth 6: You need to sweat a lot in order to have a good workout. Once again this is incorrect. Every body is different and the amount you sweat is zero reflection on how hard you are working out. the amount you sweat is dependant more on things such as the type of exercise, climate, genetics and bod fat level rather than how hard you are working so don’t take this as a sign.
Myth 7: Exercising on an empty stomach will burn more fat. Weight less in the long term is more to do with net gain or loss of calories and not about when you are exercising. Therefore the time that you do the exercise is not going to be of great importance and will have very few benefits if any. Be clever and think about the long term future.
Myth 8: Doing situps will reduce my waistline. Incase you don’t already know exercising one particular bodypart will not cause you to lose weight in that part, it just doesn’t work like that. To achieve weight loss you ought to create a net loss of calories which will then mean energy comes from fat tissue somewhere in your body, this could come from any part of your body. If you wish to keep creating a calorie net loss then sooner or later it will begin to show around your waist line at some point in the not too distant future.
Myth 9: can eat twice as much as it is fat free. Well, it is possibly correct that it may have no fat in it but it does still have calories inside and if these are ingested and go unused then they will still be stored by the body in fatty deposits around the body. Don’t be fooled by marketing hype!
Ok, so if you can make yourself stay with a sensible weight loss routine then it really is possible to decrease your weight relatively fast and painlessly, however it will not happen overnight!

How To Turn Him On : 3 Simple Yet Effective Tips
October 16th, 2009
You know he’s attracted to you. He’s always around; always ready to set his appointments aside to meet up with you; spends at least 2 hours on the phone talking to you; never runs out of things to share with you; and a lot more.
The signs are on your side. It’s about time you cash in on that and turn up the heat. But how on earth are you going to do that?
For one thing, men are expected to make the first sexy move. Any steamy action on your part would either catch him off guard and intimidate him or get him sweating hard for you in a way that you’ll both love and enjoy.
Here are some simple yet effective how-to-turn-him-on tips that will get you guys moving in the right (and HOT) direction 10 times faster!
How To Turn Him On – Tip 1: Know when to push and when to pull.
Have you ever seen a cat crazily going after a string?
Try pulling it away from the cat and he follows it no matter what. Let him have it for long and he’ll be disinterested. But let the cat play with the string for a couple of seconds then take it away, see how wacky the cat goes after it?
Men love it when they are being teased that way, even if they deny it. Try talking about sexual stuff then all of a sudden shift to a generic topic.
This goes the same thing for moving up physically. Go licking his earlobes down to his neck slowly and STOP. See how he reacts. Then continue until you to the sexier and bolder moves.
How To Turn Him On -Tip 2: Use the power of non-verbal cues.
Men are very visual. The steamy things you say would have more impact if it blends with your non-verbal communication.
Try invading his space and looking straight in his eyes. Not a lot of people are bold or sincere enough to do this. Doing so conveys to your man that you’re dead-serious with what you say, and you won’t settle for anything less.
Confident! And men love it.
Another trick is to wetting and biting your lips. Its as if you’re saying your lips are drying up with the heat pent up inside and that you want to share that with him.
How To Turn Him On – Tip 3: Let him know that he’s turning you on, too!
Don’t try to fake it though as guys with be able to sniff on that. But if you’re genuinely feeling it, then be honest with it. Its ok to make noise while you’re both taking each other’s shirt or while your hands are taking a trip on your burning bodies.
Ever wondered why men find porn movies as BIG turn on’s? One of the big factors is that women in porn movies make a lot of noise and aren’t timid when they express themselves in bed.
I know there are, literally, hundreds of creative and sexy ways on how to turn him on. But get the how-to-turn-him-on tips above right and you’re sure to enjoy every night with your guy.
